Unsafe Sex

Unsafe sexual practices are the main means of spread of sexually transmitted diseases. Practise safer sex protects not only your health but also the health of your partner (or future partners), as well as the health of children you can have in the future (some STDs can be passed a woman of a fetus and cause birth defects). Use of condoms by American youth seems to be decreasing. For many men among youth as their sexual activity increases with age, their condom use reduces. ‘ The condom decrease may reflect one of the main concern ' partners to avoid pregnancy instead of preventing the spread of STDs or both. As the age of these men, they tend to move from the dependence of condoms using female contraceptive methods, the especially oral contraceptives (pills). And because their level of sexual activity increases at the same time, they run a much greater risk of contracting HIV and other STDs. The young man can have a stable friend taking the pill, but there also may have sex with other partners. Unmarried men of all ages are much more likely than women to have multiple sexual partners and therefore are more likely to be exposed to STDs. Safer sex requires to take precautions. The only guarantee against STDs is to refrain from sexual contact. If you intend to have sexual intercourse, discuss sexual practices more safe with your partner - well in advance, if possible. Although you can comfortable talking about these issues with a potential sexual partner, let not embarrassment hinder your health and safety.
