No matter how out of shape you think that you are taking "before" photo before beginning your treatment of the training and additional snapshots every two weeks until you reach your goal.


This practice can be nerveuses media, but nothing beats in regard to keep your mind on your goal.

It provides a starting point and bihebdomadaires reminders of your progress.

I find it difficult to notice the improvements on a daily basis, causing havoc on my motivation.

When I compare periodic photos and note the benefits of my efforts, however, I feel much more satisfi ed and strengthen my determination.
