Sex and Heart Disease

Heart men are facing exceptional challenges to their sexuality. Symptoms are painful and other pain it is difficult at ease, much less sexually generated. Many cardiac men have not to have sex because their partner and that they are afraid that the physical effort increased may cause chest pain or other heart. But most men with heart problems can have sex without causing physical problems. Talk to your doctor on a delicate subject can be uncomfortable, but you need to know what your limits. Even if your heart condition is so serious that it restricts your ability to have sexual intercourse, you can always be loving and intimate with your partner other ways. For example, you can bring your partner to orgasm using your hands or mouth. Remember that heart disease should never prevent you from having a loving relationship and empathy with your partner.
