Exercise and Keeping Track of your Pulse Rate

As exercise you, it is to your advantage to track your pulse rate. You can retrieve a cheap pulse to any extent local Wal-mart, KMart or sporting good store. This will allow to measure your heart rate to stay in a healthy range. The rate is measured by counting your heart beats in a set period of time, usually about 15 to 20 seconds and then multiplying the number of beats to get your number of beats per minute. For example, if your heart rate to 20 seconds 40, since there is 60 seconds in a minute, you could take 40 times three for a total rate by 120 minute.
